It is commonly accepted that as we get older, we get stiffer, lose mobility and can no longer enjoy the activities we used to enjoy. This is not part of Yamuna’s belief system. She believes, as do I, that everyone is able to achieve their personal best at any and every age.

In a Yamuna® Body Rolling session, one learns to work on each part of the body, rolling the appropriate Yamuna® ball from the buttocks to the calf: from the tailbone up to the skull; from the abdomen up to the collar bone; from the collar bone out to the shoulder joint; and so on.
Everywhere you have muscle connecting from one place to the next; this is the path along which Yamuna Body Rolling takes you. The Yamuna ball becomes the hands of the therapist and the person’s weight creates the traction, movement, pressure and release on the ball- this is the unique magic of Yamuna!
Yamuna® Body Rolling is a powerful and efficient self-care, body maintenance method that everyone can learn regardless of age or physical limitations. YBR® organizes the body, bringing all the body parts back to working smoothly and efficiently - the way they should and can be.
