In each Yamuna® Body Rolling routine, we will work on a different part of the body, rolling the appropriate Yamuna® ball from the glutes to the calf; from the tailbone to the skull; from the abdomen to the collar bone; from the collar bone out to the shoulder joint; and so on...
Everywhere you have muscle connecting from one place to the next, this is the path along which Yamuna® Body Rolling takes you. The Yamuna ball becomes the hands of the therapist and your weight creates the traction, movement, pressure and release on the ball - this is the unique magic of YAMUNA!
