In this 4 week immersion, each class will cover a basic Yamuna® Body Rolling and Foot Fitness routine so that you have the education and the tools you need to build a life-changing personal home practice. This class is suitable for beginners as well as those who would like to review and deepen their commitment to Yamuna®.
