YAMUNA® BODY TUNE-UP
STRENGTH, STABILITY & RELIEF
In each Yamuna® Body Rolling session, we will work on a different part of the body, rolling the appropriate Yamuna® ball from the glutes to the calf; from the tailbone to the skull; from the abdomen to the collar bone; from the collar bone out to the shoulder joint; and so on.
Everywhere you have muscle connecting from one place to the next, this is the path along which Yamuna Body Rolling takes you. The Yamuna ball becomes the hands of the therapist and your weight creates the traction, movement, pressure and release on the ball - this is the unique magic of Yamuna!
