Yamuna® Body Rolling is an essential self-care practice that empowers you to live a strong, balanced and pain-free life. Learn how to quickly and easily increase flexibility, core integrity, range of motion, balance and bone density, and decrease pain and tension from stress and injury.

Perfect for anyone who would like an effective self-care solution to break the cycle of stress and tension and set themselves free!!

Beginners to experienced Yamuna® Body Rollers are welcome!

additional $10 Yamuna® supply rental fee

Bring your own if you have them or contact Michelle to purchase. * Must have a ball AND wakers to waive the $10 rental fee. *Fee can be applied toward purchase of balls on the day of the class only.
