Nuts & Berries Protein Breakfast Smoothie
· 1/2 Cup Organic Almond, Hazelnut or Coconut Milk, unsweetened
· 1/4 Cup Nuts soaked overnight (such as Almonds, Walnuts, Pecans)
· 1 Tblsp Organic Flax and Borgage Oil
· 2 Tablespoons Ground Flaxseeds
· 1/2 Cup of your favorite fresh or frozen organic fruit
(such as Cherries, Blueberries, Raspberries,
Strawberries, Peaches, Pears, or Bananas)
· Ice (made from filtered water), if desired
· 2-4 Ounces Filtered Water
1. Place all ingredients in a blender, Vitamix or Nutribullet and spin!
2. Enjoy while still frosty and cold!
