February is Yamuna® Foot Fitness Month! So to celebrate our feet and to kick-off my exciting new project - Daily Tune-Up! I am inviting you to my very first and very free 2 week Yamuna® Foot Fitness (YFF) Challenge!

I will post a video at 7:00 a.m and 7 p.m. everyday with healthy feet tips, tools and foot fitness routines to help you improve the function and health of your feet. We will be using the YFF® Wakers and Savers, as well as practicing simple walking, stretching and strengthening exercises that can be done without the Wakers or Savers. However, in order for this program to be optimally beneficial, I strongly suggest that you purchase a set of Yamuna® Foot Wakers if you don't have your own. ---> http://bit.ly/YamunaBallsAthens
